At AH, our top priority is your complete satisfaction. Since we consider every item we produce as “our own child,” we make sure it reaches you in its best condition. Here are the rules governing our return and exchange processes.

General Terms for Returns & Exchanges

  • The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • The product must be in its original condition (unused, …)

Customized Products (Printing and Personal Messages)


    • Important Notice: Since customized products (printed according to your request) are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error in the printed text on our part.
    • The same applies to discounted or special offer products (if any)
    • Please carefully review the texts to be printed before confirming your order

Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

      • In case a manufacturing defect is found upon receipt At AH, we cover all shipping costs for returns or exchanges
      • For our products covered by a 3-year warranty (belts and handmade wallets), The warranty covers the quality of the leather and hand stitching. If a defect in the leather appears during the warranty period The product will be inspected and either repaired or replaced according to our technical inspection report.
      • The warranty does not cover the metal buckle or misuse, such as direct exposure to fire or chemicals.

Shipping Fees
